Job Description: 

• Responsible for providing technical support for Pfizer Plant India consisting of 520 users, 4 servers, switches, Remote access support. • I was responsible in providing Technical assistance to the company’s computers systems / Servers/ Networks/Printers and Blackberry / I phone I Pad etc. I am good at installing, resolving any troubleshooting above mention things and there maintenance. • Working on HP Open View service center for ticket based call management, monitoring & CI management system etc. • ITAM asset management on HP Open View and LAMP (Logistics and Asset Management Project). • Inspired team members for perform and duties their responsibilities • Assign schedules, coordinate staff and allocate resources to ensure efficiency and productivity is maximized. • Create processes, best practices, standards, templates and operating procedures to optimize IT project development. • Coordinate with external technology vendors, internal staff members and third party consultants. • Mentoring and training up junior and new staff. Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets. • Arranging & chairing weekly team meetings. • Reported any problem or fault in the project to the project manager or supervisor to maintained TAT. • Ensuring all administrative and IT records are entered and updated correctly • Experience of Creating user object, Organizational Units & applying Groups policies and OUs on the active directory • Remote Support for user connecting through VPN. • Connected TLM project online backup of user data • Administrating and Monitoring Servers Leased Lines, Rack Storage and Datacenter. • Performing daily check list. (Datacenter and Backup) • Installation and maintenance of Manageable switches. • Remote IT support for Pfizer Clients. • Giving support for Webex sessions & Videoconferencing. • VPN ,Wi-Fi, Data Cards Installation & Trouble shooting. • Appropriate Patch Management for Servers and Desktops. • Proper Documentation for all IT Related processes and Vendor Management • Managing & monitoring the servers as well as their backups
