Job Description: 

Help desk Engineer (End User) 1. Attend all the support tickets (Incident /Change) close them after completion 2. First level of esclation for it issues that are not in scope with Global Service Desk 3. BUilding computer with BAT customised Image 4 Setup and configuration of the Mobile and Handheld terminals 5. Upgrading Desktop/Laptop RAM 6. Deployment of Patches and Software Application on Desktops 7. Assisting Users on using hardwares 8. Assisting the Users on Software apps as L1
