Job Description: 

 Attend Calls in Remedy tool and close within the SLA timing suggested by the Run book.  Log call with helpdesk for lan/wan/wifi issues for users  Log call with OEM (HP/DELL) for break fix of Desktop/laptops.  Follow-up with Vendor/OEM for hardware break fix for desktops/laptops  Help setup email clients/VPN/Printers/network connections/ etc.  Support in configuration of laptops/desktops for new users.  Support in refresh of laptops/desktops.  Support in Cisco IP phone setup  Maintain and close IMAC tickets
